With more than three decades of experience, KE Adventure Travel is one of the world’s most respected adventure tour operators; proudly independent and with a team of some of the most travelled staff in the industry.
In late 2014, KE approached Mr Zen with a need to optimise front-end user experience and back-end functionality. With the growth of mobile beginning, we decided to build a fully responsive site to work alongside the meteoric rise.
What we did.
The project was very extensive. One of the main improvements we made was to the site search. We enabled our Elastic Search indexing system to include availability information- making it an extremely powerful search tool. A development of a customer portal, ‘My KE’, was also created in order to manage client reviews, images and blogs. KE have since seen the number and quality of UGC increase since the site went live.
PPC work surrounded taking over KE’s Google Ads account to enable a strategy of targeting relevant and profitable keywords to reduce wastage. This delivered optimum ROI for their business, with a 97% increase in Google Ads traffic.
Further, our SEO project focused on improving KE’s link profile by developing high-authority and contextually-relevant links to improve the overall health of the website. The statistics below outline our amazing results...
