Llama Travel are one of the leading specialists in tailormade packages to Latin America and, more recently, Africa. They offer over 100, bespoke, itineraries at the lowest possible prices.
In early 2015, Llama Travel approached Mr Zen to help them overhaul their website and booking system. They were particularly keen to make it easier to keep content up to date via a user-friendly CMS and a Live Chat system. The site also needed to have a responsive design and a better search facility.
What we did.
The most significant change we implemented for Llama Travel was the creation of a complex, custom enquiry form to allow customers to build a quote from the website itself. With the nature of Tailormade holidays, these types of enquiry forms thrive.
Post-launch, there was an enormous and immediate uplift in sales - so much so that they initially struggled to keep up with bookings! They are now one of the fastest growing tour specialists in the business and their booking engine regularly takes bookings totalling £10s of thousands.
