The Challenge
Holiday Architects had grown into a set of separate destination websites, each with its own content, structure and quirks. Bringing them together meant consolidating everything into a single site, and behind that sat an enormous data transformation challenge: thousands of pages, itineraries, images and product records in inconsistent formats that all had to be reshaped into one coherent structure.
Approached traditionally, the data work alone would have made the project unviable. It was exactly the kind of migration that usually gets quoted at eye-watering figures and then quietly shelved.
