We know the monthly model isn't for everyone. Plenty of travel businesses plan around annual capex budgets, board sign-off and fixed project costs, and sometimes a defined scope with a price agreed up front is simply the way your organisation needs to work.
If that's you, that's absolutely fine. We're just as happy to scope a project the traditional way, quote a fixed cost for the build, and deliver it as a one-off capital project, with an optional maintenance arrangement afterwards.
