For over 40 years, CV Villas have been offering an exceptional portfolio of hand-picked luxury holiday villas in the most sought-after locations worldwide: offering a bespoke, personal service with meticulous attention to detail.
CV Villas’ website needed a significant update to reflect how their business was growing. A full design spec and UX plan needed to be implemented into a fully-formed HTML file, which could then be built by TigerBay into their CMS system. The new design was to keep original CV Villa branding, whilst also be sleek and evolving like the rest of the villa market.
What we did.
The majority of the content on the site remained the same, but we re-arranged the design on some pages to enhance navigation within the user journey. Villas and destination pages had their layouts changed to highlight key selling factors to show the customer in an easily digestible format.
We felt it was important to keep the luxury element of the site and, as a consequence, a stunning website was developed...why don’t you see for yourself!
User Experience Design
An initial project identified areas that required redeveloping. We've been improving the usability of Travel Websites for many years, so we brought that experience to bear on the project by producing an extensive wireframe model of the ideal website.
Making the CV villas website stand out in the crowded Villas market was essential. We took the brand guidelines and the wireframes to create a beautiful and responsive design which stands out in the market and provides a very 'high end' look and feel.
HTML / CSS / JS
Once the design was signed off, we built a fully responsive and working set of HTML templates which were applied to the chosen content management system by their developers.
